Tripura Gramin Bank has released a recruitment notification for multiple contractual vacancies at its Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) in Teliamura and Bishramganj, Tripura. Interested and eligible Indian citizens are invited to apply for the posts of Faculty, Office Assistant, Attender, and Watchman-cum-Gardener. The initial contract is for 1 year and may be extended up to 3 years based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria (as on 16 May 2025)
1. Faculty
- Age: 22–40 years
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred: MSW, MA in Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, B.Ed. etc.)
- Skills: Teaching ability, local language fluency, computer knowledge
- Experience: Prior teaching experience preferred
2. Office Assistant
- Age: 22–40 years
- Education: Graduate in BSW/BA/B.Com
- Skills: Knowledge of basic accounting, MS Office, Tally, internet, local language fluency
3. Attender
- Age: 22–40 years
- Education: 10th pass (Matriculate)
- Language: Local language proficiency preferred
4. Watchman-cum-Gardener
- Age: 22–40 years
- Education: Minimum 7th pass
- Experience: Preferably in gardening/agriculture/horticulture
Selection Process
- Written Test (Faculty and Office Assistant) to assess General Knowledge and Computer skills
- Personal Interview (All posts) to assess attitude, communication, problem-solving, etc.
- Demonstration/Presentation (Faculty only) to assess teaching capability
