CUET (PG) 2026: NTA Releases Official Notification, Applications Open from December 14
New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official notification for the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate programmes (CUET PG) 2026. The examination will be conducted for admission to postgraduate courses in Central Universities and other participating universities and institutions across the country for the academic session 2026–27.
According to the notification, the online application process began on 14 December 2025 and will continue until 14 January 2026 (up to 11:50 PM). Candidates will be allowed to make corrections in their application forms from 18 January to 20 January 2026.
The CUET (PG) 2026 will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The examination is scheduled to be held in March 2026. Details regarding the exam city, date, and shift will be mentioned on the admit card, which will be released later on the official NTA website.

The NTA has clearly stated that candidates must apply only through online mode. Submission of more than one application form by a candidate will lead to rejection. Applicants are also advised to ensure that the email ID and mobile number provided during registration remain active, as all communication will be sent through these details.
The CUET (PG) 2026 will cover a wide range of programmes across Languages, Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, Management, Education, Law, Engineering, and Higher Sciences. The list of participating universities is dynamic, and candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates.
